  • How do I know that my Order has been confirmed?
    Once you have completed the payment process and an authorization has been received you will be navigated to a Thank You Page on our website where you will be able to see your order confirmation details, You would also receive an email son your registered email id.
  • What is the return policy?
    We respect your decision to return the product to us. Returns are accepted till 7 days from the date of delivery. Products need to be returned using your own courier in their original packaging along with the original price tags, barcodes, labels, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc.
  • What about the hidden costs (shipping, GST etc)?
    GST has already been included in the product, so you don't have to pay anything extra. What you see is what you pay. Kindly drop us your GST number if you want a GST invoice along.
  • How much are the delivery charges?
    thehomelifestyle.com provides free delivery on all items over Rs 500 all over the India. The prices you see on our product pages are exactly what you pay for the item. Items below Rs 500 has a minimal shipping fee of Rs 50.
  • When and how can I cancel an order?
