Return / Exchange policy

Returns:

  • Returns are accepted till 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Products need to be returned using your own courier in their original packaging along with the original price tags, barcodes, labels, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc.

  • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit.

  • The returned products are subject to verification and checks by The Home Lifestyle in order to determine the legitimacy of the return.

  • Any products returned in a damaged condition will not be refunded.

  • It takes 5-7 working days for us to refund once the product reach us in the good.

Exchange:

  • Seller Error: If we made a mistake, such as sending the wrong or incomplete item, please let us know right away and we will gladly send the correct item in exchange whenever possible at no additional cost to you. (Wrong or incomplete items claim must be made within 24 hours of delivery of the item.)

  • Defective items: If you receive an item with a manufacturer's defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement. Microscopic defects that are not visible will not be entertained.

  • Shipping Damage: If your purchase arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible to initiate a parcel damage claim. To expedite your claim, please email support@thehomelifestyle.com with photographs of the package and damaged contents.

  • Refused or Undeliverable Packages: Packages returned because of purchaser error or refused delivery are subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% of the purchase price to recover the cost of processing, shipping, and then re-stocking and re-processing the order.
